That's the response I heard from my new marketing coordinator after sharing my ads strategy with her. Here's the story...

I recently hired a marketing coordinator to develop marketing campaigns, manage advertising spend, and champion client service for the start of the conversion journey.

And though she has years of experience doing many of those tasks for a marketing agency, she's never worked on my ~~baby~~ business before.

I'm sure you can relate. You want to make sure that IF you have someone handle your business, that they do it as good as, if not better than you.

So with that said, I set out to teach her the fundamentals as well as the advanced strategy I use when launching ad campaigns.

Then I covered what we do for setting up client accounts.

And I posted everything in our membership area so she could easily login and and learn.

And then....

....I think I went a little overboard.
