We ship via USPS from Atlanta, GA. Special edition boxes ship with Priority mail. Journal only purchases ship First Class. When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that all journals are pre-order and will ship on or before October 31st. 2021. USPS Priority typically arrives within 2 business days from the date of shipping. USPS First Class typically arrives within 3-4 business days from the day of shipping. However, due to recent events, shipping delays may occur. Please allow 5 business days from the date of shipping to receive your order.

Once your journal ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. 

Due to the customization of the special edition gift box, we do not accept returns or provide store credit. Journal only purchases may be returned for store credit only. In order for it to be exchanged, it must be unused, show no signs of damage/use, and sent back to us in its original packaging. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at YouveGotClients.com/support to request an exchange. If your exchange is approved, we must receive your item back within five days. Please note, we do not provide shipping on exchanges and you are responsible for costs incurred. All exchanges must be shipped with $50 insurance and a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packaging or shipping delays. Once we receive your item, we will provide a store credit in the amount of purchase minus the initial shipping cost.
